General Terms of Use of the Mappemonde.net Website

1. Purpose These General Terms of Use (hereinafter “GTU”) are intended to define the terms and conditions for using the services offered on the website “https://www.mappemonde.net/en/home-2/” (hereinafter “the Site”).
2. Acceptance of the GTU Access to and use of the Site are subject to acceptance and compliance with these GTU. Any user agrees to fully comply with these GTU while browsing the Site.
3. Access to the Site Access to the Site is free for any user with internet access. However, costs associated with access, whether hardware, software, or internet access fees, are the responsibility of the user.
4. Intellectual Property All elements of the Site, whether visual or audio, including the underlying technology, are protected by copyright, trademarks, or patents. The user agrees not to reproduce, copy, sell, or exploit all or part of the Site without the express authorization of Mappemonde.net.

10. Product Offer The Site offers world map products for sale. Each product offered for sale is accompanied by a detailed description allowing the user to know its essential characteristics before finalizing the order.
11. Product Returns In accordance with current French law, the user has a fourteen (14) calendar day withdrawal right from the date of receipt of their order. During this period, the user may return the product without having to justify reasons or pay penalties. Return costs are the responsibility of the user. The refund of the returned product will be made within fourteen (14) days from the receipt of the product by Mappemonde.net.
12. Legal Guarantees All products sold on the Site benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity provided by articles L. 217-4 and following of the Consumer Code and the guarantee against hidden defects provided by articles 1641 and following of the Civil Code. In case of non-conformity or hidden defect of a sold product, it may be returned, exchanged, or refunded.
